At Green School, we support educators to make this shift, equipping them with skills, and know-how to be at the forefront of educating for sustainability. Our Green Educators Program seeks to guide participants through developing, transforming, building, and implementing green education into their professional journey.
The Green School Bali Green Educator’s Program welcomes educators to participate in its courses; to think, act, and reflect like green leaders, so they can ignite change within their communities to build a better future for all. The Green Educators Course (GEC) provides a professional development training for educators not just at Green School, but around the world.
WHAT IS THE GREEN EDUCATORS COURSE?
The Green Educators Course (GEC) is a professional development training open to educators around the world. Dynamic courses run throughout the year, unpacking the pedagogy and fundamental design principles of Green School’s holistic, student centered and nature-based curriculum.

WHICH FOUNDATION COURSE IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
Self-paced Foundation Course
Dive deeper into a step-by-step guide of Green School Way of teaching and learning. In this course, you will get the tools and strategies you need to make a change in your classroom or community. You will also be connected and received feedback from a global community of learners. Adjust to your own schedule and work at your own pace until the final day of the course.
Blended Foundation Course
In this blended learning course, you will learn with a group of motivated educators from all corners of the globe, in an intimate and supportive virtual environment. You will have the chance to exchange ideas, access know-how, share resources, and build relationships. You will be supported in your journey through live interactions with experienced Green School Bali educators, interactive discussion boards and guided self-reflective practices.
Onsite Foundation Course
Join us for a life-changing journey in our jungle campus! In this course, you will learn how your ideas of sustainability affect the way you not only view teaching and learning, but also how to implement new approaches to educating for sustainability. A diverse network of educators and sense of community is created through this fully immersive program, balancing the elements of social-emotional, intellectual, cultural, and fun!
