Green School operates in Indonesia under Yayasan Kul-Kul, a non-profit Foundation registered in Bali.


The Board of Trustees governs Yayasan Kul-Kul at the highest level. The members of the Board of Trustees are:

  • Ni Putu Tirka Widanti, PhD (President)
    Chair of Administrative Science at Ngurah Rai University, Bali
  • John and Cynthia Hardy
    Co-founders of Green School

Two of the main legally mandated responsibilities of the Board of Trustees are:

  • To establish and preserve the vision and mission of Yayasan Kul-Kul; and
  • To appoint the Board of Directors.


The executive management of Yayasan Kul-Kul is the responsibility of the Board of Directors, whose members are listed below:
