What are the fees for enrolling my child and what are the payment options?
There is a fee for registration for each child. Further details on current fees are available on the fee structure page.
How can I pay?
Payment can be made in US Dollars or Indonesian Rupiah. Click here for online payment. For Bank Transfer details click here.
I have three children. Do I get a discount?
Yes. Green School offers a discount whenever two or more children are enrolled, for details click here.
Can I pay my school fees monthly?
No. Fees are payable yearly or half yearly. However payment may be made using a credit card.
What's the building fee for?
This fee contributes towards the infrastructure development and maintenance costs and is a regular feature of international school fees in Indonesia.
Do I get my deposit back?
Yes, providing one months notice in writing is given before the end of term, the deposit is refunded in full in the same currency in which it was paid.
Do the school fees include the cost of books?
General text books and work books are included in the fee. Specialist books may need to be purchased by parents.
If I pay in advance do I get a discount?
Yes, if the whole years school fees are paid in advance a 5% discount may be enjoyed.
What if I leave before the end of the school year? Do I get a refund?
Fees will be refunded for any full term that is not attended.
What are the fee structures?
Fees vary according to age. Full details are available on the fee structure page
When are school fees payable?
School fees are payable six weeks prior to the beginning of the academic year. Full annual payment enjoys a 5% discount.
What are the payment options available to me?
Payments can be made either annually or by term. There are 2 terms in each year.
In what currencies can I make payment?
Payment may be made in US Dollars or Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The payment page asks for the CVV code. What is that?
The CVV code (Card Verification Value code) is used to reduce fraud in online transactions. If you are using an American Express card, the CVV is a four digit code on the front of the card. All other credit and debit cards have a three digit code on the back of the card.
